The following story is an inspiration to all fathers of the world:
In 1989 there was a terrible earthquake in Armenia that killed over 30,000
people in four minutes. A distraught father went in frantic search of his son.
When he reached his son's school all he saw was a pile of rubble.
But he was driven by his promise to his son "No matter what, I will be there for you!"
He visualized the corner where his son's classroom whould be, rushed there
and started to dig through debris, brick by brick. Others came on the scene.
The father was told it was too dangerous and to leave it up to emergency crews.
But he tenaciously carried on digging, night came and went and the 38 hours later...
he thought he heard his son's voice "Armand!" the father called out.
Then he heard, "Dad!?!" "It's me, Dad! I told the other kids not to worry!"
"I told them that if you were still alive, you would save me and when you came
to save me, they would be saved... There are 14 of us left out of 33...
When the building collasped, it made a wedge-like triangle and it saved us"
Now there was a clearing for Armand to come out "Come on out, boy" cried the father.
"No, Dad! Let the other kids out first, because I knew you'll get me!
No Matter what, I know you will be there for me!"
Want a wonderful world it would be if all the children in it could say the same.

How to renew and rejuvenate the earth
The other day I had an experience that assisted me in seeing a connection that we have with mother earth that I had never appreciated before.
I was with a group of people and we were doing "Soul Readings".
(If you have never had the opportunity to do this... you have missed out on blessings)
The very first Soul Reading I had was with a young lady that explained that she loved connecting with me because I was like sitting next to a calm mountain lake and it assisted her to feel calm.
As I basked in the moment with her I realize that not only was the calm that she felt enjoyable that it was rejuvenating and refreshing to my soul. I realize now that this is what the earth experiences everything we take the time to pause and notice its beauty. Every time that we simply bash in the moment of stillness and oneness with it.
Many times I have taken walks into the mountain and noticed the littered path.
I have never appreciated the careless, thoughtless way people have treated what for some is sacred ground. (For me, the mountains are holy in that they are stretching toward heaven and allow us the same privledge). I have noticed the physical trail, but now I see that those same people also left an energy trail and a scare.
It is like coming home from college and only asking your mother to do the laundry
or if you could use the car. Leaving a mother feeling unappreciated and less than.
Every mother longs for connection and appreciation.
It is no different with our mother Earth. She longs for your acknowledgment and love.
It does not take some grand act. Simply the pleasure of you noticing the joy of the moment.

An amazing experience
I just got back from a 5-day retreat.
It was an amazing journey into self-awareness.
On of the main lessons I learned:
Everyone of us matters
